Pureaga Refund & Return Policy

At Pureaga, your satisfaction with our ghee is important to us. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review our policy below. We offer a 2-day return/exchange window starting from the day you receive your order. All returns or exchanges must be requested within this time frame.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging, and you must provide the original invoice. Products that show signs of use cannot be accepted.

Acceptable Reasons: We accept returns/exchanges if any of the following apply: the item arrived damaged or defective, the item differs from what was ordered, the safety seal was broken or tampered with upon delivery, or the product was expired or near expiration when you received it.

Sale and Gift Items: Items purchased during a sale or as part of a gift pack are not excluded; they are eligible for return/exchange as long as they meet the above conditions (unused, original packaging, and original invoice).

Return Process: Please contact us within 2 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. If approved, we will arrange a pickup of the item from your address. Our team will notify you of the expected pickup date. Once we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the conditions, we will process your exchange or refund within 2 days once we receive your product.

Exchanges: If you are exchanging a product, the replacement item will be sent to you within 3–5 business days after we receive and approve the return. Availability of replacement items is subject to stock.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund only if it has not yet been shipped. Contact us immediately upon deciding to cancel. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must be returned under our returns policy (if eligible).

Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel any order under circumstances such as product unavailability, pricing or information errors, or other issues (for example, verification of payment or address problems). If we cancel your order, we will process your refund within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Inspection: For a smoother return and refund process, please record a short video when opening your delivery, showing the shipping label and the contents. This helps us verify any issues like missing or damaged items.

After Pickup: Once the returned product is picked up and arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect it. If everything meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid by Credit/Debit Card or UPI, expect the refund in 24-48 hours to process back to that account (this may take several business days to reflect). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via a store credit or bank transfer, as we cannot issue cash refunds for COD payments.
Partial Payments: If your payment was split between COD and online payment, the COD (cash) portion is non-refundable, but any online payment portion will be refunded within 24 hours.
